RESOLUTION NUMBER 40-16

AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BLANDIN COMMUNITY BROADBAND PROGRAM’S (BCBP) COHORT OF IRON RANGE BLANDIN BROADBAND COMMUNITIES PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron would like to be a partnering organization in the Blandin Broadband Communities on the Iron Range grant application; and

WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron agrees to participate in the project pending the grant application is selected for funding by the IRRRB and Blandin Foundation.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the City of Mountain Iron supports the application to the Blandin Broadband Communities on the Iron Range.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 19^th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2016.
