RESOLUTION NUMBER 39-16
AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON TO MAKE APPLICATION TO AND ACCEPT FUNDS THE IRRRB
WHEREAS, the Mountain Iron City Council approves of the attached application for the Highway 169/County Road 7/Enterprise Drive North project; and,
WHEREAS, the Mountain Iron City Council agrees to accept funding for the underlying project if approved by the IRRRB.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that is does hereby adopt this Resolution.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 19th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2016.
