RESOLUTION NUMBER 21-25
AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON TO MAKE APPLICATION TO AND ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF IRRR
WHEREAS, the Mountain Iron City Council approves of the attached application for the American Legion Commercial Redevelopment project; and,
WHEREAS, the Mountain Iron City Council agrees to accept funding for the underlying project if approved by the Department of IRRR.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that is does hereby adopt this Resolution.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 6th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025.
