RESOLUTION NUMBER 12-09

APPROVING FACILITY PLAN

WHEREAS, a facility plan concerning the Mountain Iron Wastewater Treatment Plant has been prepared and presented to the City of Mountain Iron; and,

WHEREAS, the purpose of the plan is to establish a direction for future actions concerning the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, that said facility plan dated March 11, 2009, is hereby approved and submission of the said plan to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is hereby authorized. 

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 16th DAY OF APRIL, 2009.
