RESOLUTION NUMBER 08-09

APPROVING COUNTY PROJECT WITHIN MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS

WHEREAS, plans for Project No. SP 69-596-03 showing proposed alignment, profiles grades and cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of Main Street and Mountain Avenue within the limits of the City of Mountain Iron as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City of Mountain Iron.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, that said plans be in all things approved.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 2nd DAY OF MARCH, 2009.
