RESOLUTION NUMBER 07-09

CHARITABLE GAMBLING

WHEREAS, Chicagami, has submitted an application to conduct off-site gambling at the Mountain Iron Community Center on May 7, 2009, and; 

WHEREAS, Chicagami, is requesting that an off-site gambling permit be issued.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mountain Iron City Council hereby approves said off-site permit.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 18th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2009.
