Resolution 63-99 Authorizing Grant Agreement

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the City of Mountain Iron enter into a Sub-grant Agreement with the Division of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for Presidential disaster declaration FEMA 1283 DR-MINNESOTA.

Craig J. Wainio, City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute and sign such Sub-grant Agreements and any amendments hereto as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Mountain Iron.

Duly adopted by the City Council this 20th day of December, 1999.
