Resolution 55-99 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, on October 7, 1997, Hammerlund Construction of Grand Rapids, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement of attaching the Ann’s Acres water system to Mountain Iron Municipal water system, Project MI97-13 in accordance with such contract,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:

The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approve, and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:

That the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor’s receipt in full.

Duly adopted by the City Council this 15th day of November, 1999.
