Resolution 54-99 Hearing On Vacating Street
SETTING HEARING ON VACATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, has determined to vacate that part of 8th Street South between 17th Avenue West and 18th Avenue West, West Virginia Plat, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
The Council will consider the vacation of such streets and a public hearing will be held on such proposed vacation on the 20th day of December, 1999, before the City Council in the City Hall at 6:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give published and posted notice as required by law.
Duly adopted by the City Council this 15th day of November, 1999.
