Resolution 51-99 Sale of Property
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City Council in and for the City of Mountain Iron has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain properties to the Housing & Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mountain Iron.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator execute the deeds to convey to Mountain Iron Housing and Redevelopment Authority, real properties in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 1, Parkville, Mountain Iron, according to the recorded plat thereof in office of the County Recorder, Saint Louis County, Minnesota.
DULY ADOPTED THIS 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1999.
