Resolution 50-00 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, on October 18, 1999, Hammerlund Construction of Grand Rapids, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement of a Single Family Housing Development with associated Streets and Utilities located on Mountain Iron Drive in the City of Mountain Iron, Project MI99-22 in accordance with such contract,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approve, and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor’s receipt in full.

Duly adopted by the City Council this 16th day of October, 2000.
