Resolution 47-02 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 5, 2000, Jola & Sopp, Inc. of Eveleth, Minnesota has completed the improvement of culverts on Old Highway 169 in the Kinross Neighborhood in accordance with such contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.

DULY ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF OCTOBER, 2002.
