Resolution 47-00 Sale of Property

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain property to Thomas Cvar and Marly Cvar, husband and wife.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator execute the deed to convey for consideration to Thomas Cvar and Marly Cvar, husband and wife, joint tenants, real property in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Outlot A, Merritts First Addition to Mountain Iron, Saint Louis County, Minnesota.

Duly Adopted by the City Council this 18th day of September, 2000.
