Resolution 46-02 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to an agreement with the City on August 7, 2001, Coal Rental, Inc. of Iron, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement of the South Grove Ball Field in the City of Mountain Iron in accordance with such agreement.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said agreement is hereby accepted and approved; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such agreement, taking the contractor�s receipt in full.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 21st DAY OF OCTOBER, 2002.
