Resolution 45-99 Gambling

WHEREAS, the Northland Chapter of the American Red Cross, has been operating a Class B Charitable Gambling Operation Permit consisting of raffles, paddlewheels, tipboards, and pull-tabs at Mac�s Bar, and; 

WHEREAS, the Northland Chapter of the American Red Cross, is requesting that their Class B Charitable Gambling Permit be renewed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mountain Iron City Council hereby approves said premise permit.

The foregoing resolution was adopted this 20th day of September, 1999.
