Resolution 39-98 Authorizing Acquisition of Property
AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to acquire certain property from the USX Corporation.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor execute the Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Real Property between the City of Mountain Iron and the USX Corporation for the following described real estate:
West 100.00 feet of the east 400.00 feet of the north 400.00 feet of Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter, Section 15, Township 58 North, Range 18 West.
Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of September 1998.
