Resolution 35-03 Accepting Streets
ACCEPTING THE OFFERS OF DEDICATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS EASEMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, on November 18, 2002, the City Council approved the Final Plat of the Mashkenode Lake East Addition Subdivision, accepting the offers of dedication shown thereon subject to acceptance of improvements; and
WHEREAS, the required public improvements have been completed in conformance with Mountain Iron City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the public improvements within the Mashkenode Lake East Addition Subdivision are hereby accepted for maintenance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the offers of dedication are hereby accepted for the following streets: Chesapeake Court, Labrador Court and Retriever Drive and all easements as shown on the Final Plat of the Mashkenode Lake East Addition Subdivision.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 20TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2003.
