Resolution 33-02 Approving Plans
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the City Council on August 19, 2002, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Unity Drive between County Road 7 and Enterprise Drive South by overlay, and has presented such plans and specifications to the City Council for approval:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City has included the proposed improvements as an add/alternate in the bids to be opened on August 13, 2002 and to be considered at the August 19, 2002 City Council meeting.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 15TH DAY OF JULY, 2002.
