Resolution 31-98 DNR Lease
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE DNR LEASE # 144-015-0475
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to lease certain property from the DNR for recreation purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the property is described as: the NE ? of the NE ? of the SE ? of the SE ? of Section 2, Township 58 North, Range 18 West, St. Louis County, containing 2.5 acres more or less; and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease the property for 10 years starting July 1, 1998 for $450.00 for the first five (5) years and $450.00 on July 1, 2003 for the next five years.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Mountain Iron that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute Lease # 144-015-0475 on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of July, 1998.
