Resolution 31-01 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, George Bougalis & Sons Co. of Hibbing, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the Parkville and Silver Creek Drainage Improvements in accordance with such contract.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor�s receipt in full.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 20TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2001.
