Resolution 23-00 Unity Plat Approval
FINAL APPROVAL OF UNITY ADDITION PLAT
WHEREAS, Unity Addition complies with City requirements for Subdivision of land as provided for in Chapter 24 of the Mountain Iron City Code; and,
WHEREAS, the Mountain Iron Planning and Zoning Commission granted final approval of the Unity Addition Plat at their June 13, 2000, Regular Meeting.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA that final approval of the Unity Addition Plat is hereby granted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign said plat on behalf of the City and that the Unity Addition Plat is to be filed with Saint Louis County as directed by State Law.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 19TH DAY OF JUNE, 2000.
