Resolution 22-02 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, on April 16, 2001, Mesabi Bituminous of Gilbert, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement of Marble Avenue between Locomotive Street and Granite Street and Garden Drive between Greenwood Lane and Park Drive.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor’s receipt in full.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 3rd DAY OF JUNE, 2002.
