Resolution 19-02 Calling Hearing

WHEREAS, a petition of property owners abutting an easement between Lot 6, Block 1 of Stony Brook Park and Lot 6, Block 2 of the Rearranged Part of Stony Brook Park in the City of Mountain Iron, was received by the City Administrator on the 7th day of May, 2002, requesting that the City Council vacate an easement between Lot 6, Block 1 of Stony Brook Park and Lot 6, Block 2 of the Rearranged Part of Stony Brook Park.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:

The City Council will consider the vacation of such easement and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 17th day of June, 2002, before the City Council in the Mountain Iron Room of the Community Center at 6:30 p.m., and the City Administrator shall give published and posted notice as required by law.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF AN EASEMENT BETWEEN LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF STONY BROOK PARK AND LOT 6, BLOCK 2 OF THE REARRANGED PART OF STONY BROOK PARK

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Mountain Iron in the Mountain Iron Room of the Community Center on the 17th day of June, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. to hear all persons present upon a petition of property owners for the vacation of an easement between Lot 6, Block 1 of Stony Brook Park and Lot 6, Block 2 of the Rearranged part of Stony Brook Park, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.
