Resolution 17-01 Authorizing Plans and Specs
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron received funding from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to improve drainage throughout the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to improve the drainage along Mountain Iron Drive through the installation of storm sewer and a concrete flume.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota,
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 2001.
