Resolution 15-02 Setting Polling Places

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mountain Iron City Council,

WHEREAS, the boundaries of Precinct #1 and Precinct #2 which consists of the territory of the City of Mountain Iron remain unchanged following state legislative redistricting, the City of Mountain Iron hereby reestablishes these precincts with those boundaries as required by Minnesota Statutes 204B.14, subdivision 3 (c). 

WHEREAS, the polling places for Precinct #1 (Iroquois Room) and Precinct #2 (Wacootah Room) remain at the Mountain Iron City Hall/Community Center Building, the City of Mountain Iron hereby reestablishes this location as the designated polling place for these precincts in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 204B.16.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 15th DAY OF APRIL, 2002.
