Resolution 15-01 Setting a Public Hearing

WHEREAS, a petition of property owners abutting Fourth Street and Second Avenue in the City Council of the City of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, was received by the City Administrator on the 6th day of June, 2001 requesting that the City Council vacate Fourth Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue and that part of Second Avenue between Third Street and Fourth Street, Parkville Third Addition, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota:

1. The Council will consider the vacation of such streets and a public hearing will be held on such proposed vacation on the 6th day of August, 2001, before the City Council in the Mountain Iron Room of the Mountain Iron Community Center at 6:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give published and posted notice as required by law.
