Resolution 15-00 Authorizing Sale of Property

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain properties to Richard M. Anderson; Michael E. Lambert; and Kristine and Bradley Hanson.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator, upon receipt of payment, execute the deeds to convey to Richard M. Anderson, individual; Michael E. Lambert, individual; and Kristine and Bradley Hanson, husband and wife, real property in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:

ANDERSON LEGAL DESCRIPTION

That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 58 North, Range 18 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, described as follows:
