Resolution 14-99 Sale of Property

WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain property to Jeanne Schechinger.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator execute the deed to convey to Jeanne Schechinger, real property in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:

Part of Outlot A in the plat of SOUTH GROVE, according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the St. Louis County Recorder’s Office, City of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, described as follows:

Beginning at the northeast corner and assigning a bearing of South 03 degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds East to the east line of Outlot A; thence South 03 degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds East 115.01 feet to the southeast corner of said Outlot A; thence South 85 degrees 34 minutes 28 seconds West along the south line of Outlot A 30.00 feet; thence North 03 degrees 37 minutes 32 seconds West 85.01 feet; thence North 40 degrees 58 minutes 28 seconds East 42.72 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.08 acres more or less.
