Resolution 13-03 Setting a Hearing

WHEREAS, a petition of property owners abutting an alleyway adjacent to Lots 1 and 22, Block 1; Lots 1 and 23, Block 2; and Lots 7 and 8 of Block 4 of Parkville in the City of Mountain Iron, was received by the City Administrator on the 24th day of March, 2003, requesting that the City Council vacate an alleyway adjacent to Lots 1 and 22, Block 1; Lots 1 and 23, Block 2; and Lots 7 and 8, of Block 4 of Parkville.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:

The City Council will consider the vacation of such easement and a public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on the 5th day of May, 2003, before the City Council in the Mountain Iron Room of the Community Center at 6:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, and the City Administrator shall give published and posted notice as required by law.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION OF ALLEYWAY ADJACENT TO LOTS 1 AND 22, BLOCK 1; LOTS 1 AND 23, BLOCK 2; AND LOTS 7 AND 8 OF PARKVILLE

Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Mountain Iron in the Mountain Iron Room of the Community Center on the 19th day of May, 2003, at 6:30 p.m., or shortly thereafter, to hear all persons present upon a petition of property owners for the vacation of alleyway adjacent to Lots 1 and 22, Block 1; Lots 1 and 23, Block 2; and Lots 7 and 8, Block 4 of Parkville, Mountain Iron, Minnesota.
