Resolution 12-01 Authorizing Plans and Specs
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron received funding from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for baseball field upgrades at South Grove, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to upgrade the baseball field in South Grove as specified in the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota,
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 4TH DAY OF JUNE, 2001.
