Resolution 11-02 Accepting Work

WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City, George Bougalis & Sons Co, of Hibbing, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the drainage improvements of Parkville and Silver Creek.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator and Mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the contractor’s receipt in full.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 19th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2002.
