RESOLUTION NUMBER 11-00

CHARITABLE GAMBLING

WHEREAS, the Snowmobile Crane Lake Voyageurs Club, has been operating a Class B Charitable Gambling Operation Permit consisting of raffles, paddlewheels, tipboards, and pull-tabs at Jay Ryan�s Sawmill, and;

WHEREAS, the Snowmobile Crane lake Voyageurs Club, is requesting that their Class B Charitable Gambling Permit be renewed.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mountain Iron City Council hereby approves said premise permit.
