Resolution 09-00 Authorizing Sale of Property
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore determined that it is beneficial to the City of Mountain Iron to convey certain property to Rodney Flannigan and Donna Flannigan, husband and wife.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Administrator execute the deed to convey to Rodney Flannigan and Donna Flannigan, husband and wife, joint tenants, real property in St. Louis County, Minnesota, described as follows:
West 55 feet of Lots 1 through 9, Block 20, Town of Grant, Mountain Iron, Saint Louis County, Minnesota.
Duly Adopted by the City Council this 3rd day of April, 2000.
