Resolution 08-01 Ordering Plans and Specs
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to construct a wetlands north of Highway 169, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron needs these wetlands for mitigation purposes, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron has obtained a Mineland Reclamation Grant to assist with the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 16TH DAY OF APRIL, 2001.
