Resolution 07-02 Plans and Specifications

WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to direct a portion of the Mesabi Trail through the Old Town area of the City, and;

WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron believes this redirection will improve the traffic flow through the Old Town area of the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:

1. Such improvement is cost-effective, feasible and desired.

2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 4th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2002.
