Resolution 06-00 Ordering Improvement
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to construct an intersection on Highway 169 in the vicinity of the Merritt Elementary School, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to improve the streets necessary to access the intersection on Highway 169, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron has provided the funding for the intersection and streets in their 2000 Capital Improvement Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED by the City Council THIS 20TH DAY OF MARCH, 2000.
