Resolution 05-01 Charitable Gambling

WHEREAS, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Minnesota Chapter, has applied to operating a Class B Charitable Gambling Operation Permit consisting of raffles, paddlewheels, tipboards, and pull-tabs at Harry�s Bon Air, Inc., and;

WHEREAS, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Minnesota Chapter, is requesting that their Class B Charitable Gambling Permit be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, that the Mountain Iron City Council hereby approves said premise permit.

Duly adopted by the City Council this 5th day of February 2001.
