Resolution 05-00 Ordering Improvement
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron received funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for Waste Water Treatment and Storm Sewer repairs, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to repair the damaged portions of the Waste Water Treatment and Storm Sewers as specified in the Federal Emergency Management grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED By the City Council THIS 6TH DAY OF MARCH, 2000.
