Resolution 04-99 Gambling

WHEREAS, the Pathfinder Snowmobile Club has applied for a Class B Charitable Gambling Operation Permit consisting of raffles, paddlewheels, tipboards, and pull-tabs at Harry�s Bon Air Bar, and; 

WHEREAS, the Pathfinder Snowmobile Club is requesting that their Class B Charitable Gambling Permit be approved.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mountain Iron City Council hereby approves said premise permit.

The foregoing resolution was adopted this 16th day of February, 1999.
