Resolution 04-00 Ordering Improvement
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron received funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to replace damaged culverts on old Highway 169 in Kinross, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to replace the culverts which were damaged as specified in the Federal Emergency Management grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, feasible and desired.
2. Benchmark is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement. The Engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
DULY ADOPTED by the City Council THIS 6TH DAY OF MARCH, 2000.
