Resolution 02-02 QCEDA Appointment
APPOINTING THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRONS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE QUAD CITIES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron believes in the Quad Cities Cooperation; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Mountain Iron desires to be a part of the Quad Cities Economic Development Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON, MINNESOTA, that Councilor Joe Prebeg Jr. be appointed as the City of Mountain Iron’s representative on the Board of Commissioner’s for the Quad Cities Economic Development Authority for a term to expire on December 31, 2003.
DULY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THIS 22nd DAY OF JANUARY, 2002.
