Mountain Iron Planning and Zoning Commission

January 22, 2018

Meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Chairman Steve Skogman.

Those Present: Tim Johnston, Steve Skogman, Barb Fivecoate, Margaret Soyring, and Jerry Kujala, planning and zoning administrator. Absent Jim Techar and Steve Erickson.

Motion by Fivecoate and supported by Johnston to approve the minutes of the September 11, 2017 meeting as presented. Motion carried. Techar and Erickson Absent

Zoning Administrators Report: Kujala suggested looking into seasonal fabric structure ordinance. He also reported there is a home being remodeled in downtown Mountain Iron that has not applied for permits. He is pursuing the permit issue.

Slate of officers for 2018: Steve Skogman-Chairman; Tim Johnston-Vice Chairman and Margaret Soyring-Secretary. Moved by Fivecoate and supported by Soyring.

Motion carried. Techar and Erickson Absent.

Motion to adjourn at 6:50 by Fivecoate and supported by Johnston.
