Pro-term Assumed Chairman Jim Techar called the Planning & Zoning meeting was called to order at 6:35p.m. with the following members present: Margaret Soyring, Jim Techar, Steve Hunter Mayor Peggy Anderson and Jerry Kujala, Zoning Administrator. Absent members: Barb Fivecoate

It was moved by Soyring and seconded by Hunter to approve the minutes of the March 28, 2022 meeting as presented. The motion carried with Fivecoate absent.

• Jerry Kujala informed the Commission that Tina Campbell withdrew her request for a Conditional Use Permit.

At 7:00p.m. it was moved by Techar and seconded by Hunter to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried with Fivecoate absent.
