ORDINANCE NUMBER 05-19
AMENDING SECTION 154 OF THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY CODE
THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amending Section 154.028. Section 154.028 (C) (9) of the Mountain Iron City Code is hereby added and is to read as follows:
(9) Necessary facilities for the production of electric power, including, but not limited to dams, reservoirs and power plants. Projects including mandatory review of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Council shall be exempt from conditional use review.
Section 2. Inconsistent Ordinances. All Ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent with this Ordinance shall be repealed and replaced with the provisions of this Ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective in accordance with State Statute.
