ORDINANCE NUMBER 03-01 AMENDING THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY CODE

THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON DOES ORDAIN:

SECTION 1. The following Chapters are hereby repealed and shall be removed in their entirety from the Mountain Iron City Code:

Subd. 1. Chapter 8 – Industrial Revenue Bonds

Subd. 2. Chapter 23 – Commercial Industrial Development Commission

Subd. 3. Chapter 32 – Sanitary Landfill

SECTION 2. Any inconsistent Ordinances or parts thereof are hereby repealed and replaced with the provisions of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective according to State Statute.

Duly Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of August, 2001.
