Ordinance Number 01-01 AMENDING CHAPTER 22

AMENDING CHAPTER 22 OF THE MOUNTAIN IRON CITY CODE

THE CITY OF MOUNTAIN IRON ORDAIN:

SECTION 1. The following shall amend Section 22.07 Subd. 3 D, of the Mountain Iron City Code:

Section 22.07 Subd. 3 D, of the Mountain Iron City Code, relating to Home Businesses, shall be deleted in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Any inconsistent Ordinances or parts thereof are hereby repealed and replaced with the provisions of this Ordinance.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective according to State Statute.

Duly Adopted by the City Council this 16th day of January 2001.
