MINUTES
MOUNTAIN IRON CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 3, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m. with the following members present: Ed Roskoski, Tony Zupancich, Alan Stanaway, and Mayor Gary Skalko. Absent member included: Joe Prebeg. Also present was: Craig J. Wainio, City Administrator.

It was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Roskoski to adopt Resolution Number 12-10, General Election, (a copy is attached and made a part of these minutes). The motion carried with Prebeg absent.

At 4:36 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Skalko that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
