Meeting Minutes for May 31, 2007

MINUTES
MOUNTAIN IRON CITY COUNCIL
COMMITTEE-OF-THE-WHOLE MEETING
MAY 31, 2007

Mayor Skalko called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. with the following members present: Joe Prebeg, Jr., Tony Zupancich, Alan Stanaway, Ed Roskoski, and Mayor Gary Skalko. Also present were: Craig J. Wainio, City Administrator; Don Kleinschmidt, Director of Public Works; and Louis Russo, City Council Consultant. 

At 6:54 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Prebeg to recess the regular meeting and open the closed session to discuss personnel issues. The motion carried.

At 8:28 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Roskoski to adjourn the closed session and reconvene the Committee-of-the-Whole meeting.

At 8:28 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Roskoski that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
