MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
MOUNTAIN IRON CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 19, 2009

Mayor Skalko called the City Council meeting to order at 11:35 a.m. with the following members present: Joe Prebeg, Jr., Alan Stanaway, Ed Roskoski, and Mayor Gary Skalko. Absent member includes: Tony Zupancich. Also present were: Craig J. Wainio, City Administrator and Don Kleinschmidt, Director of Public Works.

The special meeting was called to discuss calling for bids on the Wastewater Treatment Plant Equipment and Construction Project.

It was moved by Prebeg and supported by Stanaway to call for bids on the Wastewater Treatment Plant Equipment and Construction Project. The motion carried on a roll call vote as follows: Prebeg, yes; Stanaway, yes; Skalko, yes; Roskoski, no.

It was moved by Skalko and supported by Prebeg to adjourn the meeting at 11:55 a.m.. The motion carried unanimously.
