Meeting Minutes for June 06, 2007

MINUTES
MOUNTAIN IRON CITY COUNCIL
COMMITTEE-OF-THE-WHOLE MEETING
JUNE 6, 2007

Mayor Skalko called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. with the following members present: Joe Prebeg, Jr., Tony Zupancich, Alan Stanaway, Ed Roskoski, and Mayor Gary Skalko. Also present were: Louis Russo, City Council Consultant. 

At 6:48 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Stanaway to recess the regular meeting and open the closed session to discuss personnel issues. The motion carried.

At 7:53 p.m., it was moved by Prebeg and seconded by Zupancich to adjourn the closed session and reconvene the Committee-of-the-Whole meeting. The motion carried.

At 7:55 p.m., it was moved by Zupancich and seconded by Roskoski that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried.
